The programme was started with an ice braking event by Mr. Sarath Mataraarachchi. The activity called spider net.

The topic “Unified National Concept” among Youth Guest Speaker was Prof. Nalin Nanayakkara. He has conducted the session with discipline and responsibility among Youth today.

Team Build Activity was very interest with some games and scouts were works as a team in this event, done Major W.A.Y Wickramasinghe,ADC, Kandy District.

The Hike was arranged for 8 places for 8 patrols and the places were cultural, Industrial, Religious and Educational backgrounds and scouts learn different type things and gathered more knowledge about from this activity.

The camp fire was very high standard; the patrols were given different type of new items with colourful costumes.

The 3rd Day morning the Guest Speaker was Mr. Jeram Melosian Lecture of Language Studies section Education Department. The topic was promoting Language skills among scouts. The session was with lot of skill activities.

The Youth Forum was handle by scouts from both Districts. The topic was “History of Sri Lanka before 1950 and we went wrong in the history in which stagers”.

The 3rd Day after lunch some scouts were given some excuses to take Northern Children to their home, any how we were able to overcome that and sent all 36 Northern Boys to 36 Kandy Boys home. But, in night when we telephone to their homes, the parents were very happy and their treating to the Northern boys as their sons, the way they spoke to us.

As the result when they come back on the 4th Day after lunch for departure they were not bother the time and they get together and chatting and sing song each of them together. The end result was fulfill our objective.
